Nonie and Tita,
We spent a fantastic week in Umbria celebrating my husband's 60th, traveling with our 3 sons and their significant others. One of our favorite activities was learning to cook Umbrian food with Tita and Nonie. They were wonderful instructors and well organised. The class takes place in Tita's beautiful Italian home in the countryside. There may have been a little friendly competition between my sons on the outcomes but the result was a lot of laughs and a delicious dinner with wine. We were sent home with recipes and hope to recreate our meal.
