Hi Nonie,
Thank you to you and Tita again for the amazing time we had during cooking school last month! The experience was fun, relaxing, comfortable and complete with delicious rewards. You two are a great team! It was unbelievable how much we accomplished and learned, as well as ate and drank in the 5 hours that we were there! We've been telling everyone about the perfect Italian experience and advising that they look you up if they ever visit that region of Italy.
Thank you Nonie & Tita! This is a memory we will never forget and which will live on in the Umbrian meals that we will continue to share with our families and friends into the future.

The trip to Venice was amazing - highest flood in 20 years!! Spent most of the day waiting to get out of B&B where water was thigh high!
The cooking class was defintely the high point of the trip. Bill and I both appreciate the wonderful environment, the attention to special requests, the conversation and teaching and the food!!

Ed and I loved our cooking classes. We learned some wonderful cooking and recipes. Great Teachers! We haven't made the pate yet ... but over the 3 days (New Year's) while Ed's kids where with us... the things we made from Tita's recipes: the Parmesan Cups w/Pears; the Pasta with Onions; the Ugly Cookies; the Chickpea/Pasta Soup; Broccoli in a mold; and the Pollo Arrabbiata.
Everything turned out great and they loved all !!! Guess we were good students from our excellent teachers.

Hey Nonie,
Just got home and we loved your class!!!! I got some photos already and will send them along. You are so much fun and we had a blast with you and Tita. We cooked the dishes the next day in our apt.-the soup, tomatoes and desert. Tita's house is lovely-it was fun meeting you both and getting a taste of Italy life.

Just got back home to Israel and just wnated to let you know how much we enjoyed the cooking course.
The insights were great and the food wonderful but most we enjoyed the hospitatilty and atmosphere created by Tita and you. It was a memorable day and I am sure I will back one day with my family.

We had a wonderful experience cooking with the "stars" as we refer to Nonie and Tita.
The entire day went smoothly with Nonie picking us up (family of 5 adults) at the train station and driving us to Tita's beautiful country home.
We were so impressed with the views of Perugia.
Nonie and Tita had everything ready for us to learn the secrets of Italian cooking.
We enjoyed immensely the "hands-on" approach in preparing the four-course meal.
The menu was custom-made for us at our request. We still talk about the "angry" chicken and chickpea soup and have already tried the recipes several times.
Thank you Nonie and Tita for showing us how the real Italians cook. We will always cherish our cooking experience!

We had a wonderful time with you and wanted to let you know that we have big plans afoot! We are planning a dinner feast to show off our new techniques and recipes from our time together. We started last night with the Ceci Soup – mmmmmm…good! We also made the torta (with whole wheat flour no less!) – we made a very good one with turkey bacon (I know, a bit ridiculously healthy), shaved fennel, and red pepper flakes --- tasted like a spicy finocchiana!

Joe and I are back in the states – we had such a wonderful time in Italy. But I would have to say the afternoon we spent cooking with you and Tita – it really was the highlight of our trip and completely exceeded out expectations! We felt so welcome and comfortable in Tita’s kitchen, and the food we made was fabulous! My husband and I have discussed the meal we made many times and still can’t decide which course was our favorite! I’m inspired to try the recipes again now that I’m home, but I’ll miss having you and Tita there.
Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience - it really was the best part of our trip!

I had a fanatastic time cooking with Tita and Nonie! They were both so patient and kind, and the hands on lesson was a perfect way to spend a day! Everything we made was absolutely delicious!!!
